Unos anillos muy especiales, hechos con oro reciclado para una hija y su madre. El paso del tiempo, representado en el vaivén de las hojas doradas, no hace más que aumentar el brillo del amor que se tienen simbolizado por esas circonitas.

Some very special rings, made from recycled gold for a daughter and her mother. The passage of time, represented by the swaying golden leaves, only serves to increase the brilliance of the love symbolized by these zirconia stones. 

 

 

 

 Esta pareja tenía muy claro su diseño de alianzas y una confianza ciega en mis manos para llevarlas a cabo, lo cuál no deja de maravillarme y me alegra inmensamente. Un encargo realizado en oro reciclado de piezas de la familia, diseño que aparentemente parece sencillo pero que me ha llevado un buen trabajo de meditación, pulso y buenas energías para materializarlo de la mejor manera posible. Lo más importante, la recompensa, la felicidad de una de las parejas más bonitas.

 Este verano tuve la suerte de hacer las alianzas de mi hermana y su reciente estrenado marido, como imaginaréis han sido unas piezas muy especiales y cargadas de mucho sentimiento. Eligieron unas alianzas de media caña, clásicas y elegantes, en oro amarillo de 18kt, un diseño eterno que siempre es un acierto. This summer I was so lucky to make the wedding rings for my sister and her new husband, as you can imagine they have been very special pieces and loaded with a lot of feeling. They chose a classic and elegant half-round wedding rings, in 18kt yellow gold, a timeless design that is always a success. Después de 50 años quisieron celebrar sus bodas de oro con unas nuevas alianzas, esta vez en oro blanco de máxima calidad, oro, plata y paladio, alianzas de media caña realizadas de manera totalmente artesanal, con todo mi amor impregnado en ellas, los protagonistas del evento, mis padres...
Es difícil encontrar al amor de tu vida, pero ellos lo hicieron, y más aún mantener la misma pasión tras 50 años de matrimonio, ellos son mis super héroes, sin duda una pareja de oro, cuando ver cómo  se miran te das cuenta de que todo es posible...
50 años juntos... ¡Enhorabuena!
Debo hacer una especial mención a mi querido maestro Joaquín Alperi por el precioso grabado y también a una gran artista de la acuarela y la caligrafía, Angela de Vibra design, quien realizó una preciosa tarjeta con las palabras que dedicó mi madre a mi padre, acompañándolas de una ilustración del castillo de Ponferrada, el sitio donde se conocieron, no podía ser más perfecto el conjunto.

Ellos son únicos y sus alianzas también, realizadas según el diseño del novio que es un artista, tenía claro lo que quería y juntos lo materializamos. Porque la alianza de cada uno tiene que ser un poquito como tú, y aquí tenemos la muestra de ello. Anillos realizados en plata satinada y cobre, cuando dos personas encajan a la perfección sus alianzas también lo hacen. Podéis pasar por el taller para ver parte del proceso de elaboración de estos anillos.

Trabajar con oro es siempre especial, siempre me hacen recordar leyendas y piezas impresionantes de la antigüedad... Esta vez se trata de oro reciclado para crear unas alianzas preciosas, biseladas para hacer contraste entre la superficie satinada y los bordes con acabado pulido brillante, lo que hace que sean unas piezas muy elegantes y cómodas.

Working with gold is always special... This metal reminds me all the leyends and awesome pieces that were made during the ancient history, I love the art of this period of time...  I used recicled gold to make these beautiful wedding rings, they have satin finish with shiny polished beveled edges. A great contrast that makes this rings so comfortable and elegant.

Desde la antigüedad las parejas se han intercambiado anillos de distintos materiales el día de su enlace.Estos anillos representan el infinito, el amor. El círculo es símbolo de eternidad, sin principio ni fin. Se lleva en el dedo anular ya que la tradición romana hablaba de la 'vena amoris' que va desde ese dedo directa al corazón. La ciencia nos dice que esto es falso, sin embargo el romanticismo deja que este mito sobreviva. La tradición del grabado interior parece ser iniciada también por ellos.
Estas alianzas están realizadas con una mezcla de metales, oro, plata y paladio, con un baño de rodio. Este proceso nos da como resultado unas bonitas alianzas de oro blanco de 18kt. Su diseño tiene un bonito bisel brillante que contrasta el camino central satinado, que recorre toda la superficie del aro.
El packaging también es especial, va a ser el que use para alianzas. Se trata de una caja de madera natural con un corazón calado, pintada a mano con Chalk paint y personalizada para que las alianzas estén perfectamente protegidas.
Espero que la bonita pareja que va a lucir estas alianzas, disfrute de ellas tanto como ya lo hacen el uno del otro. Son siempre grandes sensaciones cuando alguien confía en tu trabajo, especialmente cuando las piezas que piden son alianzas ♥.  

Since ancient days couples had exchange wedding rings the day of their nuptials. These rings are symbol of infinity and love. The circle talks about eternity, because it has no beginning or end. They are usually worn on the left hand ring finger, because roman tradition talks about Vena amoris or Vein of Love, is said to be directly connected to the heart. It's been scientifically proved that this is false, but keeps this myth alive. It seems to be that romans were also the first to engraved their rings.

These wedding rings are made of pure gold, silver and palladium, plated with rhodium coating. This process finally give us beautiful 18k white gold rings. This design has satin finish with beveled edges. The packaging is special too, lovely wood boxes with a heart on top, handpainted with chalkpaint and customized for wedding rings. I hope the lovely couple that is going to wear these rings, enjoy them as much as they enjoy life together.
