No hay verano sin las delicadas Edelweiss en las montañas y en el taller. Al realizarlas, parte de su magia siempre queda impregnada en la mesa de trabajo.

There is no summer without the delicate Edelweiss in the mountains and in the workshop. When they are made, part of their magic always lingers on my bench.

 

 

 Con esta flor de cerezo que los Reyes Magos debieron dejar a alguien que ha sido muy muy buena, ¡os deseo un gran día de Reyes! Por aquí ha salido el sol y se ven a lo lejos las montañas nevadas, eso ya es un gran regalo.

With this Cherry blossom that the Three Kings must have left for someone who has been very, very good, I wish you a great Kings' day! Here the sun is out and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance, which is already a great gift.

 Las flores de las nieves no florecen en esta época del año, son flores del verano, pero en Lasa joyas, cada invierno las hago florecer para vosotros y es un inmenso placer hacerlo... Mi querida Edelweiss, flor de gran fortaleza y belleza. La magia que desprenden estas flores es innegable, cada vez que termino una, parece que el taller se llena de ella. Realmente adoro trabajar en estas bellezas.

The snow flowers don't bloom at this time of the year, they are summer flowers, but in Lasa joyas, every winter I make them bloom for you and it's a great pleasure to do so... My dear Edelweiss, a flower of great strength and beauty. The magic that these flowers have is undeniable, every time I finish one, it seems that the workshop is filled with it. I really love working on these beauties.

 

 

Daisy, vestida de oro y plata para esta ocasión. Una pieza que nació como la primera flor del jardín de Lasa joyas, cada vez que hago una me recuerda lo bonito y fascinante que es el inicio de algo nuevo. Hace ya unos cuántos años de mis primeros pasos en la joyería, 14 añitos, y sigo emocionándome cada vez que sale un diseño nuevo del taller...

Daisy, dressed in gold and silver for this occasion. A piece that was born as the first flower in the Lasa joyas garden, every time I make one it reminds me how beautiful and fascinating it is to start something new. It's been a few years, 14 years, since I took my first steps in jewellery and I still get excited every time a new design comes out of the workshop...

 

Hoy os traigo las pulseras de la colección 'Flor de cerezo', dos diseños con una y tres encantadoras florecillas, ambas lucen preciosas en la muñeca, espero que os gusten.

Para los amantes de la flor de cerezo, esta vez tres flores son las encargadas de formar un bonito collar, un nuevo modelo para esta colección. Espero que os esté gustando porque aún quedan algunas piezas por salir...

Hoy vengo con algo especial, la colección en la que he estado trabajando, ''Flor de cerezo''. Como ya sabéis adoro las flores, y una de las que más disfruto son las del cerezo que florece cada año en el jardín, de él llega la inspiración para esta colección. Unas piezas muy meditadas con las que he disfrutado muchísimo, he trabajado mucho en cada detalle para acercaros la delicadeza y belleza de estas preciosas flores, espero que disfrutéis de esta colección tanto como lo he hecho yo al crearla.

Os enseño la primera pieza, pero no viene sola, así que iréis viendo poco a poco como se completa, pero de momento hoy os enseño un anillo. He intentado reflejar la delicadeza de esta flor dando un acabado diamantado a la plata combinado con el brillo de sus cantos, el pistilo y estambres llevan un baño dorado para dar el color característico de ellos. 

Today I come with something special, the collection I have been working on, ''Cherry Blossom''. As you already know I love flowers, and one of the ones I enjoy the most is the cherry blossom that blooms every year in the garden, from it comes the inspiration for this collection. I have worked a lot on every detail to bring you the delicacy and beauty of these precious flowers, I hope you enjoy this collection as much as I have enjoyed creating it.

I show you the first piece, but it doesn't come alone, so you will see little by little how it is completed, but for now I show you the ring. I have tried to reflect the daintiness of this flower giving a diamond finish to the silver combined with the brightness of its edges, the pistil and stamens are gold plated to give the characteristic color of them.

  

 

Esta flor está totalmente personalizada para alguien que perdió una pieza muy especial y quería una réplica pero con algunas modificaciones que diseñé encantada para ella. Un colgante pequeño y fino, ideal para llevar cada día y dar un toque bonito a su cuello... 

This flower is totally customized for someone who lost a very special piece and wanted a replica but with some modifications that I designed with pleasure for her. A small and elegant pendant, perfect to wear every day and give a nice touch to her neck...

Antes de darle el acabado satinado siempre pulo bien las piezas para que queden perfectas, y siempre me siento tentada de dejarlas así, deslumbrando con su brillo. Pero luego veo la orquídea con el acabado satinado y... Quedo enamorada, es difícil captar con la cámara lo bien que le queda este acabado a la pieza, tendré que haceros un vídeo un día de estos para que veáis de lo que hablo. Es el que mejor recrea la textura y apariencia de los pétalos, lo sé bien porque tengo unas cuantas plantitas en casa... Me encantan.

Before giving the satin finish I always polish the pieces well so that they look perfect, and I am always tempted to leave them like that, dazzling with their shine.
But then I see how the orchid looks with the satin finish, and... I fall in love, it's difficult to capture with the camera how good this finish looks on the piece, I'll have to make a video for you one of these days so you can see what I'm talking about. It's the one that best recreates the texture and appearance of the petals, I know it well because I have a few plants at home... I love them. 

Mis orquídeas no podían faltar estas navidades, ya lucieron bajo algún árbol de navidad y puede que los reyes magos lleven algunas en su zurrón, mantened los ojos bien abiertos...

My orchids couldn't miss this holidays, they already shined under some Christmas trees and maybe the Three Wise Men will carry some in their bags, keep your eyes wide open... 

Cada vez que hago una pieza de la colección orquídea es una sensación especial, por el tiempo que me llevó analizar cada aspecto de estas flores que me rodean en casa, y las vueltas que le dí hasta que conseguí el diseño perfecto.

Every time I make a piece of the Orchid collection is a special feeling, because of the time it took me to analyze every aspect of these flowers that surround me at home, and the hours of thinking until I got the perfect design.
