Una chica muy dulce me hizo un encargo, un llavero representando la inmensidad del amor entre padre e hija, un encargo que me llegó al corazón por el sentimiento y la bonita leyenda que hay detrás de esta pieza. Cada lazo, aunque individual, forma parte del conjunto y no puede separarse, como la relación entre padre e hija.
Este símbolo celta de padre e hija cuenta la historia de Brigid y su padre, que proviene de la mitología irlandesa. Cuenta la historia de una joven, Brigid, que se sentó junto a su padre moribundo. Mientras Brigid esperaba apenada, empezó a tejer un nudo celta con juncos, ya que no podía expresar con palabras la profundidad de las emociones y el amor que sentía por él. Al preguntar su padre, le explicó que ella era esos juncos, los nudos y lazos eran el amor y enseñanzas que había recibido de su padre...  ¿Y quién soy yo?'', preguntó su padre. A lo que ella respondió, ''Padre, tú eres la pieza más importante, la cruz en el centro que ha dado forma a todo el diseño...''

Siempre me ha atraído la cultura celta, su relación con la naturaleza se refleja en su arte, me parece precioso cómo juegan con la geometría y lo orgánico consiguiendo formas realmente bonitas. Es el caso de este nudo celta que representa la preciosa y única relación entre una madre y su hijo. Hace un tiempo pudisteis ver una pieza en que aparecía este nudo adornado por un corazón por petición de una niña encantadora. Ahora podéis ver ese mismo colgante sin el corazón así podréis apreciar mejor el entrelazado infinito del nudo y la belleza de formas de las que hablo.

Celtic culture has always attracted me, its relation with nature is reflected in its art, I find it precious how they play with geometry and the organic getting really beautiful shapes. It is the case of this Celtic knot that represents the beautiful and unique relationship between a mother and her child. Some time ago you could see a piece in which appeared this knot adorned by a heart at the request of a lovely girl.
