The spring starts in my workshop when you see daisies growing up from my bench.

La gimnasia rítmica tiene una elegancia exquisita, sin olvidar el duro trabajo que hay detrás. Me alegra haber podido tener la oprtunidad de representar un bello momento con la cinta, es maravilloso ver cómo dibujan figuras en el aire..

Rhythmical gymnastics have an exquisite elegance, without forgetting the hard work behind. I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to represent this great moment with the dance band, is wonderful to see how figures are drawn in the air.

Estas navidades han salido piezas muy especiales del taller. Esta es una de las piezas destinadas a lucir bajo un árbol de navidad, una pulsera con el nombre de una mujer, muy bien rodeado por el nombre de su marido y de su hijo. El resultado fue una pulsera delicada y elegante, disfruté mucho haciéndola.

Some special pieces were made in my workshop for Christmas. This was one of them, a personalized bracelet with the name of a nice lady, and the names of her husband and son keeping her the best company. The result was a very delicate and elegant bracelet, I loved making it.

Nuevo encargo personalizado, soy una amante de los animales. La chica que me encargó esta pulsera sabe mucho de eso, quería una pulsera homenajeando a sus tres compañeros perrunos. Diseñé para ella una pulsera de plata con chapas colgando, en un lado se pueden ver sus siluetas y por el otro sus nombres con una bonita fuente. Ha llevado trabajo, sobretodo la cadena que requiere paciencia y muchas veces quedarse sin respiración, pero creo que el resultado ha merecido la pena. New personalized work, I'm an animal lover, I really love them. The lady who made me this order knows a lot about it, she ask me for a bracelet as a tribute of her three great dogs. I design for her a silver chain and badges bracelet. This badges have her beautiful dog's silouhette on one side, and their names with a beautiful font on the other. This piece took lot of work, specially the silver chain that takes a lot of patience and sometimes forgetting about breathing, but I think that the end result makes it worth it. Esta vez os muestro una pieza diferente, un cuadro con un mandala de plata y una rodocrosita... Un bonito regalo de boda para decorar el hogar de la nueva pareja.El Camino de Santiago es una experiencia siempre enriquecedora, unos hablan de la paz mental, otros de la fe, otros disfrutan del ejercicio, otros hablan de los paisajes… Pero creo que esta pareja ha tenido la fortuna de conocer algo más, la magia del destino...
Una mujer muy especial decidió hacerme este encargo para hacer un regalo de boda. Un mandala homenajeando una bonita historia. Decidí incluir la concha de Santiago representando el lugar donde se encontró esta pareja, una preciosa rodocrosita con forma de corazón. Se trata de una piedra con bonitas propiedades como la vitalidad y amor. Este mandala también esconde sus iniciales y las alianzas que se intercambiarán en su gran día, entrelazadas, simbolizando el amor infinito. This time I show you a different piece, one frame with a personalized silver and rhodochrosite... A nice wedding present to decorate the new couple's home. The Route of Santiago de Compostela is always a great experience, some pilgrims talk about the faith, the mental peace, others talk about the exercise, others love more enjoying landscapes... But I think this couple had the fortune to feel something more, the magic of destiny... A really special lady make me this commission for a wedding present. One silver mandala as a tribute to a nice love history. The Santiago's shell were they met, a beautiful rhodochrosite heart. This is a great stone with properties as vitality and love. This mandala also hires their inicials and their wedding rings that they will exchange on their special day. You can visit my Workshop to see some of the working process.
 

I love to think the lady that is going to get this lasa's jewel, is going to increase her endorphins level and feel great wearing it.

Hace un tiempo os hablaba de mi maravillosa mesa de taller, una mesa antigua de despacho convertida en una mesa de joyero por mi maestro. Me encanta esa mesa y no creí que fuera a decir esto nunca... Pero ha surgido una dura competidora... Encontré una mesa de joyero nueva, y aproveché la ocasión, más que nada por el cajón que recoge el metal, pensé en tenerla como segunda mesa.

Al traerla a casa mi querido y sabio marido me preguntó: ¿por qué no la pintas? Así que decidí darle un toque diferente a las que se suelen ver en los talleres, unas capas de blanco, otras de barniz, y este es el resultado. Al final se va a convertir en mi mesa de taller principal, eso sí, sin renunciar a mi antigua mesa que me va a servir de complemento, estoy encantada de tenerlas a las dos, no puedo esperar a ver qué nuevas piezas salen de aquí.
 
Some time ago I showed you my wonderful bench, an old office table turned into a jeweller bench by my great jewelry master. I really love it and I thought I would never say this, but it has appeared a great rival... I found a new jewellery bench and I took the opportunity, because of the drawer mostly. I thought I could have it as a second bench.

Then I carried it home and my wonderful and wise husband asked me, why don't you paint it? So I decided to give it a different style of other benches you see in jewellery workshops. I put some coats of white paint and varnish on it and this is the result. It will finally be my new jewellery bench, without forgetting my lovely old bech that now is going to continue in my workshop as an auxiliary table. I'm really happy to have the both of them in my workshop, I can't wait to see what pieces arise from them.

No recuerdo ningún momento en que faltara un cuarzo cerca de mí, es un placer empezar a usarlos con mis joyas. En este caso se trata de un cuarzo natural bicolor rodeado de plata con formas orgánicas para contrastar con su perfectas lineas de talla esmeralda.

Shamrock, trébol de 3 hojas. El nombre de esta planta viene de la palabra gaélica "seamròg" que significa "pequeño trébol". San Patricio utilizó el Shamrock para ilustrar el concepto de la Trinidad desde entonces se ha convertido en símbolo de Irlanda. Aunque ya antes fue el símbolo sagrado para los druidas, por sus tres hojas, forman una tríada, un símbolo de equilibrio para los druidas. Para los celtas el número sagrado era el 3, representaba el alma, el cuerpo y la mente donde residía el poder del hombre.
Hay muchas variedades de trébol, con el paso del tiempo han surgido tréboles desde 4 hojas hasta 21. El trébol enriquece la tierra y alimenta a los animales, ¿no es genial?

Pequeña pero gran planta, me encanta conocer las historias y leyendas que rodean al trébol. Pero aunque no sepas nada de él, ya sólo sus corazones lo hacen bello, mágico y especial, así que aquí está mi versión en plata. Anillo Shamrock...

Autumn... Mi pequeño homenaje al otoño, yo nací un día de otoño, será esa la razón por la cual me encanta. Cada estación tiene unas particularidades que la hacen bella, pero en este caso es una belleza cromática, sonora, termal, que combinan a la perfección como si de una melodía deliciosamente melancólica se tratara. Los colores, el sonido del vaivén de las hojas, el olor de la lluvia, las tardes de sol y brisa fresca, que invitan a pasear jugando entre las hojas caídas del suelo...
Todo eso y mucho más es el otoño. Sus hojas no son tan distintas de nosotros, se sueltan de la copa del árbol para volar buscando su camino y al final de este caen, para transformarse en materia orgánica que será aprovechada de nuevo por la naturaleza...

Hay muchas hojas especiales en el otoño, pero esta vez me he decidido por la bonita hoja de Arce real, Arce noruego, acer platanoides. Seguro que las ves cerca de casa, esas hojas que pueden ser muy grandes, con colores anaranjados y marrones que ondean en las copas de los árboles para luego caer y cubrir el suelo. He intentado plasmarla en plata con un acabado pulido, colgante, pendientes y anillo forman esta nueva colección con claro toque otoñal.

My little tribute to autumn. I was born on an autumn day, maybe this is the reason for loving it. Each season has its own special features that makes it beautiful, but in this case is a cromatic, auditive, termal beauty that combines perfectly as it was a delicious melancholy melody. The colours, the sound of the dancing leaves, the rain scent, sunny afternoons with a cool breeze that invites you to take a nice walk playing with the falling leaves of the ground. All of that and much more is the autumn season. The leaves are not different than us, they fall out of the top of the tree, then they fly looking for their own path, and, at last, they fall to the ground, for turning into organic matter... 

There are lots of special autumn leaves, but this time I've chosen this lovely Norway Maple, acer platanoides. I'm sure you have lots of them close to you, they can be so big, and with lots of orange and brown colours that dance on the top of the trees for falling down and cover the ground. I have tried to capture this beautiful leaf in silver. Pendant, earrings and ring complete this new lasa jewellery collection with a clear autumn touch.
